Fibersol 2 is a high fiber source which is heat stable, has low viscosity, pre-biotic properties and is highly soluble. Fibersol 2 mixes instantly and has no inherent flavor. Most fiber supplements have a gritty and unpleasant taste. FIBER-Psyll has a pleasant citrus flavor with a subtle pulp texture. FIBER-Psyll also helps promote the maintenance of healthy levels of blood serum cholesterol, blood triglycerides, and post-meal blood glucose.

Recommended Use:

Mix one scoop with 8-10 ounces of water. Stir until dispersed and drink within 3 minutes. Research indicates that a minimum of 30 grams of dietary fiber per day insures proper bowel functions. Fiber-Psyll can be taken up to 3 times per day.
